Wines

The processing is traditional, artisanal and cured.

After fermentation and the various stages of processing the Dogliani is placed in cask and kept from 10 to 12 months before being bottled.

The wine is ready to be tasted from its young phase after 4 months from bottling. After a year of bottle this wine acquires character and is appreciated for its warmth.

The production is of 5000 bottles, cured in quality following tradition in production. The bottles have different labels.  The classic with registered trademark depicting the bull with bunches and leaves and others with four subjects depicting paintings by Antonella.

Dogliani DOCG

The gradation of our Dogliani varies depending on the year from 13 to 14 degrees, the body is characterized by a high dry extract, the color is ruby red, very intense. The taste is generous, enveloping, with a scent characterized by hints of cherry and red fruits, ideal to accompany all the dishes of traditional cuisine, from appetizers to cheeses.

Chardonnay

To Cascina Torello is also cultivated chardonnay vines. Marl soil , excellent sun exposure and careful processing determine a delicious product. The Chardonnay wine thus produced offers a bouquet of floral scents, a fresh and velvety taste . Excellent for appetizers and fish dishes, it is served fresh, but not at a temperature below 15 º to enhance the scent and taste.
