The winery

Cascina Torello, a farm belonging to Bartalini Antonella, is located in Dogliani, a charming town in the Piedmontese Langhe, capital of the area producing Dogliani's Dolcetto, now known as "Dogliani".

We take the road that leads from the village to Monforte d'Alba, up the hill of San Luigi , privileged area for the production of wines, we pass the small church and after about a kilometer on the left we take an unpaved road that plunges into a forest.

The road that is marked in the maps of the country as one of the paths of Dogliani passable even on foot or by bike , passes through the vineyards and arrives so at Cascina Torello which is located on a gentle hill UNESCO heritage.

The property covers 10 hectares, half of which are vineyards.

The vineyards surround the farm completely. The processing is conducted manually, the plants are treated by controlling density and production, following the regulations of thinning to ensure excellent quality products.
